Monstrous anatomy 10 isn't actually that hard to reach. Speaking as a midgame player, you can pretty easily get it to that with evolution, bag a legend or a profession. I myself have it at 14 despite having all my base stats at 120 or so, but then again, my character is pretty much molded around it.
