Not sure where that number came from, but I played this option 6 times so far and yet to see any other "Connected: The Masters of the Bazaar" gain than +3 CP. I'll need to play it... lots more (no in-road, C:M is very expensive otherwise) so I'll comment if this changes. (Honestly don't expect it.)
