I can't see any unlock conditions for this even with quality lantern on

meaning that its only unlock conditions are the ones on <a href="/wiki/A_Trail_of_Crumbs" title="A Trail of Crumbs">A Trail of Crumbs</a> (i.e. having the Rat out of your house, on amiable terms or not)

but <a href="/wiki/A_Trail_of_Crumbs" title="A Trail of Crumbs">A Trail of Crumbs</a> doesn't strictly require Acquaintance: 3 with the Rat. so can earlygame characters just kick the Rat out and claim their Blemmigan? or is there some dupe of this thing's parent storylet that shows up with Acquaintance: 4 and SotC or A Fearsome Duellist?

or am I making some big mistake here
