This annoys me. Before you play the card, it says "this could gain you cognisance," but it doesn't tell you that you'll lose allure at all, even on a success! Just now I failed a promenade because my allure dropped unexpectedly. Other cards clearly say they'll affect both allure and cognisance, why doesn't this one?

EDIT: After trying several more promenades, I realize that multiple cards say they only affect one thing but also affect the other. I wish all the cards were more clearly explained ahead of time.
