Turns out that strictly speaking, this is "Legacy" content rather than properly Retired. Some stories, the trailer shows up in your Exceptional Library when you reset it. Meaning this is formerly free content that is now Fate-locked.
I doubt it's worth the effort to actually handle that. I'm just taking the opportunity to recover a few historical ID values.
