the next thing getting looked at is most likely ratket. tribute might not get touched at all depending on how that goes (since the ratket is a big part of why tribute is a problem)

but I don't think they'll ever add something that pays out generously in favours, especially since Tribute is not the only use for those (and even not really the *intended* use).
