same, I have Artisan 0 natively but 1 point from equipment, and finishing this just now I got "Artisan of the Red Science has not changed from 0 because it's lower than 2." Do we know if this is a change or a bug?

edit: just looked closer at the Advanced Skills guide - does AotRS work differently than the other skills, and you can't train it (even with a point from equipment) until you've unlocked it via the non-existent blocks? if so, a different phrasing on for these increases might be helpful (something like "+1 CP, if Base Artisan of the Red Science at least 1, up to level 5 + Artisan Studies", like the "Do battle against a Lorn-Fluke" page has for its base MA check)
