There is a delightful bit of money laundering you can do that involves hiring him on to empty out your corporate debt, then at the next meeting immediately voting him off the board and then voting yourself two dividends (raising corporate debt again). Then you hire him on to remove your debt... repeat once a week for fun and profit.
