A note on Elemental Sat-A-Gee

From Fallen London Wiki

For those like me, those who wish to get 21 poet laureate--not because it's rewarding but because it's hard,( and because you already got SoTC to 21)--I have news for you.

First, persuasive. getting poet laureate to 20 requires 300 persuasive. if, like me, you've maxed persuasive and your gear just isn't enough, you may wish to save a boon. remember, you can stockpile Fine Pieces till you're ready to reach 21 poet laureate in 1 go.

Second, Strategy. With the recent update, it seems this guide is out of date. Specifically this: "More efficient: Sell E 8 of the E 17 earned from each work to buy the honey for the next at Merrigan's Exchange. This takes 10 actions per work (8 for Composition: the high path, plus 2 actions starting and cashing out)."

You only need 153 CP for 17 levels of inspired. 'The Lead' gives 15 CP for free while 'Composition: the high path' gives 20 CP for 1 echo of prisoner honey. 8 'High Path' actions get you 160 CP, or 7 more cp than needed. Doing 7 'High Path' followed by 1 'Lead' will give you enough CP while saving an echo per work produced. This takes the EPA from 0.9 to 1--stunning, I know. with Carnelian ballets it's even more profitable though I don't know the math on selling tribute.

Farewell, may your weasels stay cunning and your magnificent diamonds polished.
