I honestly thought that getting the <a href="/wiki/Infernal_Vinification_Apparatus" title="Infernal Vinification Apparatus">Infernal Vinification Apparatus</a> would take a lot longer than it did for me and thus this item could be worth looking into. Thank God I decided to wait after picking up the <a href="/wiki/The_Seal_of_St_Joshua" title="The Seal of St Joshua">The Seal of St Joshua</a>, because only 2 months after doing so did I manage to nab the Hell-40 item. Not really worth even the Rat-Market price. The comparison is even worse if you compare seasonal event items to this since there are like 5 that are better in more than just Watchful too.
