I got the second of the two. I'm not entirely sure what it means, but I had the full currency with every backing, rescued Furance and made her a city, declared my feelings for her the first opportunity you can (Acquaintance 11) and that I was an alternative for marriage, set fire to exactly 7 scrip, fixed hers and Cornelius' faces, and have the following for my city: Balmoral Site, Furnace Body, Furnace Leader, Emancipationist Alignment, True Beatrice Style. Not sure if any of that helps, but there may be similarities that can be nailed down.
