Anything that costs 50 Estival Tokens ought to no longer be Fate-locked, due to the way Estival Tokens carry over year after year. Similar to the Highly-Illegal Augmentation Device, you don't need to purchase any tokens in order to get it, you instead have to wait a year, which costs your patience instead of your wallet.
