Very strange that it reduces Nightmares and is a Persuasive affiliation...meanwhile the Knack is a Watchful affiliation, and gives a Scandal gain reduction. If the two were reversed, they would become substantially better, in my opinion. True that they are shared BIS with the Pliable Arts and the Plaque from last year, but neither of those are available anymore, so I don't mind new players getting a shot at an equivalent item, as such.

All in all, not terrible, but I don't think it was worth the 20k service.
