Now the only way to acquire that item is from a Khan's Heart intrigue that requires you to *not* be playing White at the Chessboard and advances the Liberation of the Night by 10 CP. That's an a__e for my staunchly-White anti-Revolutionary character. No more aiming to get a Neathoscope for me.
