I don't think so, personally. I'm not opposed to "Mrs Plenty's Carnival.... (SMEN)", but the game has the two locations named similarly to confuse the player and encourage ambiguity, whereas as a wiki we *don't* want people to click on one page and accidentally get the other. in terms of the story you can only get to this one if you're trying to so there's no danger of ending up in the nightmare carnival with a misclick.

Naming pages after in-game names is only a loose convention anyway, it's not like we never break it (see, for example, how we disambiguate the identically-named <a href="/wiki/Discordant_Ripples" title="Discordant Ripples">Discordant Ripples</a>, or how we handle Zee-Dreams in the opposite way the storynexus engine does because it makes more sense from a wiki standpoint.)
