Just now I didn't get it from <a href="/wiki/Resume_play" title="Resume play">Resume play</a> with <a href="/wiki/Hearts%27_Game:_Rounds_this_Run" title="Hearts' Game: Rounds this Run">Rounds this Run</a> 6 (i.e. beginning the 7th, lost the 7th, and did get it here with Rounds this Run 7 (beginning the 8th).

It's possible that not getting it from Resume play is simply a bug, I'll send a bug report.
