All I’m saying is, I’m pretty well acquainted with the idea of founders, small business owners, etc, who genuinely did pour blood, sweat, and tears into their organization, and without whose significant financial, legal, and time effort the place wouldn’t exist. And indeed, they often feel unappreciated when their staff starts union negotiations and act unimpressed, claim they don’t understand the real day to day work, and otherwise accuse them of various insufficiencies. This is a normal and common state of affairs, which to me this work of fiction reflects. People are, of course, free to RP that situation as they like.
