More broadly, it looks like the payout starts at 1.3x sale value, and as Rat Market Saturation increases it scales down to 1x sale value (ie Ratty Reliquary sells for 12.50 in the bazaar, it starts trading at 162 shillings/reliquary but scales down to 125 shillings).
