Alternative text if you don't have the Railway unlocked

Action purge is not allowed on comment pages.
For me the text is just "Got this one from the cold hands of a drownie, though I won't go into details – you might turn beet red if you heard the whole tale...". Just like this, no mention of Balmoral or the Fabulist. I don't have the Railway unlocked, so that's the reason. But I don't know what exact quality determines the text variations.
