Level 7 costs 400*0.02+400*0.02=16E
Level 8 costs 15*0.50=7.5E
So, you lose 19,76E, and the + Connected is only up to level 1, so only works if you have exactly 0 cp.
All in all, horrendous, and you can never have these cards out of you London deck.
