The entire economy has changed. I can now schedule meetings with the Ministers back-to-back out at the Court, but providing the same offerings here gives a steeply diminishing return. Switching to another type for just a few rounds does not affect the diminishment. Nor does the expiration of time seem to change the Tiger's mood.
