| 25 | You have purchased the freedom of passage within the territories controlled by the Court of the Wakeful Eye. If you wish, you may continue offering tribute in order to gain other boons from them. |

Wiki note: The first time you visit the Court of the Wakeful Eye, you will be granted the choice of 1 of 4 different Minister companions, each giving +10 to a core stat and unlocking unique options to trade 20 Tribute for an item worth ~62.50.
