Increased TW on success or failure.

The card states that for "Evade them!", success will raise TW, and failure will make TW worse. I confirmed with Failbetter games that if you succeed or fail, TW will increase (only the second option on the card can reduce TW). I did not test this myself - my TW was 7 - so I do not know how many CP points it increases with success to correct this entry.
