If you have "Chasing Down Your Bounty" and "Corsair's Colors 2", this has a third option, image eartree.png, "Listen for news of your quarry"
"Lighthouses see a lot of traffic. Perhaps it knows where the Khatun might be found.
Success here will aid you in tracking down your bounty."
(Khatun is my current bounty)
It has a Watchful challenge, at Watchful 222 i have an 83% chance, and at Watchful 261 a 97% chance. I don't have CP numbers, but success increased Troubled Waters, Chasing Down Your Bounty, and Zailing
