Unfortunately, not even seeking will get you out of this one. However, if you advance the Dangerous MYN to the point that rats interrupt your picnic, you get teleported into a mysterious Lodgings (we can only assume you broke into someone else’s home to fix their rat problem) and that might help you proceed through the new tutorial to the point where you unlock the Bazaar. I’ve never tried it though.
