This Discordance content is just annoying, confusing and unfun

I feel that failbetter had taken word play a step too far here. Every card's every option I need to look at the wiki to see if it raise or lowers goat vs goat. The text on the cards are useless. Does it benefits the first circle or the second, who knows! If a luck challenge is favourable, does it benefits the first circle or the second, who knows?

In a game where reading the story is the primary reward, text on the cards are useless. I have no idea how the designers come up with such a shitty design.
