Honestly, even if the echo gain isn't fantastic, it's still probably a pretty easy way to gain cellars of wine, for things such as presumptuous opportunities. Combined with underclay farming, it's probably quicker than laying down cellars in the Sidestreets, I'd imagine (but mind you, I haven't done the math).
