Distinction of Embalming

Only time I have been able to get Distinction of Embalming is with King of Knuckles, which scales really well. I was able to do it with King of Knuckles, Priest of Briars, and Knight of Flames. The downside of the deck is you may end up without any knuckle card when you need them. But the basic gist is you want to pair Knuckle with cards that can make poisonous preparation(and you only need five, so any card that gives 1 at a time is fine)
