Using SMW to get a list of items is fairly simple.

Formatting the list the way you have here is super duper difficult, because all I can ask for is "gimme the full shop data for every item." Converting that into the format you have here requires either some truely heinous template to parse & reformat, or one SMW call per shop per item which is not recommended because each of those is a database call. The latter is probably not too bad but ugh.
