Once you unlock your lodgings with <a href="/wiki/Find_Somewhere_to_Live!" title="Find Somewhere to Live!">Find Somewhere to Live!</a>, a storylet named <a href="/wiki/A_Diamond_in_the_Fluff" title="A Diamond in the Fluff">A Diamond in the Fluff</a> appears. You can access it there; it will autofire anyway if one of your attributes reaches 10. Visiting the Smiling Fence will unlock the Bazaar tab.
