EPA?

In one action, this gives 4.5 Echoes (1cp SiC valued at 2.2E). Pretty decent, but you also gain 1 level of Unaccountably Peckish. This takes an additional action and -.10E Rostygold to remove ACE OF HUNGERS from your deck back in London. This would bring the EPA down to only 2.2. However, playing the this card multiple times during a Zee trip doesn't increase UP higher than 1, so this second action can be amortized over long times spent at Zee. Or if you don't mind just never removing UP and cluttering your deck.

Alternatively, you could remove the UP by playing 'Take some refreshment' in the first coil of the Labyrinth of Tigers, bringing the minimum EPA down to only 2.75. Although, this has it's own drawbacks. If you're staying on the upper level exclusively to clear UP, it takes several actions to go to back down for Tribute, etc.
