Considering a great number of <a href="/wiki/Parabola-Linen_Scrap" title="Parabola-Linen Scrap">Parabola-Linen Scrap</a>, <a href="/wiki/A_Masque_in_the_Marshes" title="A Masque in the Marshes">A Masque in the Marshes</a> can be used to (maybe?) remove this card. (My certainty will be based on whether this card has an, 'and' or 'or' requirement of Touched by Fingerwork 1 / A Finder of Heiresses 1).
Edit: You can not lower it to more than 5 CP, level 2. A sad moment indeed.
