Trained students
Students start as poor researchers, but with some training, they improve on the amount of research you can gain on your own. When they graduate, they also offer a small gift in thanks.
Description summary:
Better students offer a higher bonus to research output than others, or level up more quickly, or both. A well-staffed, well-equipped lab will be able to produce many times more research per action than you can on your own.
