When listing caps for actions, such as how things that raise "Tales of Mahogany Hall" don't raise it if it's over 21, should I list it as "Only up to 22" or "Not if over 21"? The latter is how it's phrased in-game, and is easier for the editor not to make a mistake, but the former is more clear for the reader. Urth 19:45, June 3, 2012 (UTC)
