Level Increase Descriptions
- ?: You've increased the efficiency of the Hinterland, and will gain Prosperity more rapidly than before.
Level Decrease Descriptions
- 0: You've destroyed every hint of Hinterland Efficiency you had built up. That will all need to be done over.
- ?: You've damaged the infrastructure. Hinterland Prosperity will no longer be as quick to gain as before.
