The Distinctions of Hearts are offered to those players that excel in a given season of Hearts' Game. But there are rumours this season of other avenues to recognition.

Success Instructions: Winning a trophy under certain conditions can grant Distinctions – further recognition above and beyond a victor's trophy. Distinctions are available for the following feats:
- For obtaining a trophy in each season;
- For obtaining a trophy with a team consisting of at least one Page, and no Knights or Kings;
- For obtaining a trophy with a team consisting of at least one Knight, and no Pages or Kings;
- For obtaining a trophy with a team consisting of at least one King, and no Knights or Pages;
- For obtaining a trophy with nine or more accomplices;
- For obtaining a trophy while in possession of the Embalmer's Mark.
Achieving these Distinctions will unlock final capstone rewards from the Page.
