[[Fourteen courses of sheer indulgence]] gives 3CP up to level 10 and can be repeated four times per cycle. [[The Provost? The Provost...]] gives 5CP up to level 15 once per cycle. A cycle takes at least 26 actions.

* It can be raised to 15 via [[Fascinating (Guide)|Romance]] at [[The Empress' Court|Court]]. This requires at least {{IL|Hedonist}} 8 and is a very long grind, requiring 120 actions per cycle and sending you to [[Drowning prudence in passion|exile]], giving 5CP up to 15, but lowering {{IL|Austere}} by 5CP. However, this grind is notable for always being accessible.

== Maxing out Quirks: Faction Items ==
If you have a quirk at 12, you can raise it up to 15 by using Faction Items. Each use consumes the item and increases the desired quirk by 15cp, while also increasing another one by the same amount. 

To get from level 12 to 15 requires 42cp, meaning you'll consume three faction items until you're maxed out.
