The storylet has the same ID, and now it just shows "Locked with Recent Participant in a Starved Cultural Exchange" as a requirement, nothing else. Before, it used to have qualities that would lock it after the event - this is why we were worried Mr. Games. It seems they just changed the reqs after the event, which is a weird way of doing that and I don't know why they chose this way rather than just having no reqs from the beginning.)
