Wiki note: Unlike other zee port time tracking qualities, Tides of Port Cecil is not reset when leaving or when docking; if you leave in the middle of a cycle, it and the other tracking qualities will be at the same value when you return.

Level Description
- 0-5: High Tide
- 6-13: Low Tide
Level Increase Description
- 1-2: The waters around Port Cecil are rising.
- 3: The tide is at its peak. The zee laps hungrily beneath the boards.
- 4-5: The tide is receding. Soon the scintillack fields will be accessible once more.
- 6: A siren blares across the bay. Workers rouse from their repose. The mines are operational.
- 7-8: The waters around Port Cecil are receding.
- 9: The tide is at its nadir, a black and distant thought.
- 10-12: The tide is creeping inland once more. The shift will soon be over.
- 13: The zee has claimed the mines.
Level Decrease Description
- 0: Back to the safety of port, until the tide recedes once more.
