Helper function for the item economy table templates (e.g. {{Book}}, {{Wild Words}}, etc.)

This template creates a single table line for the specified item. If the item has one or more 'Sells for' property values set, it will automatically display all sell prices with appropriate currency icons. Otherwise, it can be passed a manual value (usually used for indicating echo or other currency values for items which cannot be sold at any market).

Should probably be replaced later by a module.

• {{{1}}}: item name
• {{{2}}}: optional sell price, e.g. '(12.50)'
• {{{Appearance}}}: optional appearance text of item
• {{{Echoes}}}: whether to automatically include the symbol in front of the sell price. Defaults to yes.
