Used for pages about World Qualities, i.e. qualities which are shared by the entire playerbase rather than describing the status of a single character.

Discrete | Discrete | If "yes", the world quality increments by discrete levels. Otherwise (and by default), it increments by Change Points.

Current Value | Current Value | Manually set the current in-game value for this World Quality. Ideally the Wiki should update this value automatically, but it can be overriden. This should be the user-facing value, not the underlying number.
