0The Clay Culprit does not pause his loading of the crate. "YOU HAVE COME, AS I KNEW YOU WOULD. SO: WHICH KIND OF SLEDGEHAMMER ARE YOU?"

He turns, revealing sad eyes […] "THE HAMMER OF LAW. I WOULD PREFER THOSE OF JASPER AND FRANK, I BELIEVE."

1"THE PROFESSOR WAS TALENTED. PERHAPS IGNORANT. I LEFT HIM PUNCH ENOUGH TO PERFORM WITH." Between the fingers of his grey fists, something glitters like starlight.
2The Implacable Detective's posture has relaxed, her eyes wide and sad behind her glasses. She walks over to the Clay Man's crate, and he makes no move to stop her.
