To get here, you must raise {{IL|Stormy-Eyed}} to 19 and {{IL|Having Recurring Dreams: What the Thunder Said}} to 15. This will make the storylet [[The Thunder Takes Me Away]] available anywhere in London.

Once you have {{IL|Stormy-Eyed}}, the {{IL|Having Recurring Dreams: What the Thunder Said|Appearance=HRD:WtTS}} dream cards will have options that will raise it. Alternatively, you can grind it out at {{IL|Mutton Island}} with [[I bid the wind speak]] once you have it. There's not too much to do in {{IL|The Mind of a Long-Dead God}}, but most of it revolves around gaining {{IL|Dangerous}} and {{IL|Shadowy}} CP, or gaiing {{IL|Aeolian Scream}}s while lowering your {{IL|Stormy-Eyed}}.
