It is loosely-organised chaos. There are no set stalls, no spaces staked out for specific vendors – just a riotous free-for-all, a fishy strip of barter and trade all along the zee-shore.
Game Instructions: Here you can trade items gained from Wreck-Diving for Thalassic Favour that can be spent on equipment and other rewards. Dive-treasures – and duplicate items of equipment gained from dives – will vanish once the festival ends and their value is lost.
