Notes when a quality is technically a Pyramidal quality despite being interacted with as a Discrete quality -- Bizarre, Dreaded, and Respectable are examples of such qualities. The source parameter is used to cite a source for this fact, when one is available.

Developer confirmation is usually the only way to find these qualities, but they can sometimes be detected if the game places them in your sidebar; pyramidal qualities may have a progress bar towards their next level. (Not all of them do -- Making Waves does not, for example -- but discrete qualities only ever have progress bars towards a total target, not between levels.)
