When adding action results you should use the Action template - it'll make things much easier. For example see the page you've created: Expound on the perils of Hallowmas.

You can also add pages to categories depending on the qualities and/or items changed by the action. To do so go when editing a page write in the "add category" field the name of the item/quality and choose the relevant category from a list of suggestions. For example, since you've gained Making Waves, I added the "Making Waves Gain" category. You can also add categories after you've finished editing by clicking the "add category" button at the bottom of the page.

Finally, items/qualities that are affected by the action should be emboldened and linked to their articles. It's very easy to do:

If you want to add bold text put three apostrophes before and after the required text. For example: Hard-Earned Lesson gives Hard-Earned Lesson.

If you want to link to an item/quality/page you can write its name within double square brackets. For example: Hard-Earned Lesson gives Hard-Earned Lesson. Combining the two effects: Hard-Earned Lesson gives Hard-Earned Lesson.
