Zailing Difficulty is a Stories quality.

This quality determines the difficulty of some challenges you might face at Zee.
For most "normal" Zee voyages this value is set to 6 when you set zail. Some unique voyages (most notably in certain Exceptional Stories) can use a different value to tweak the expected difficulty of challenges along the way.
