Description summary:
You get a few minutes with her in a cramped office.
She calls the creature a moon-miser. They live at the roof (the false-stars) and even the masters understand, that it should stay that way!
Their exudations - called moon-milk - are a horribly dangerous but powerfull substance. She guesses, that its peers wouldn't be happy a trapped fellow.
There's a connection between love and moonmilk, but she can't make sense of the Fourth City connection.
She thanks you for the map and tells you, the Gracious Widow might know something, before she has to leave before the Masters get her trail. She warns you, that their games are ungentle.
