Pages that have text varying with qualities. This will typically be indicated either in a wiki note of some sort (e.g. Offering Tribute to the Court of the Wakeful Eye) or, for complex cases, in a table (e.g.Work with your Gifted Student). In the former case the quality would usually have been added with {{IL}} and now I'd propose it be added with {{Use}} instead. In the latter, there is no currently agreed convention but I'd propose that the column header in the table specifying the quality is where we'd use the {t|Use} template
