I went ahead and updated Your symphony is complete!, and some of its options accordingly. Please have a look and provide comments.
Specifically, I wonder if the options to create the old symphonies (example) should categorize under Category:Restored to the Court of Her Enduring Majesty like the new symphonies do. This quality is not strictly speaking a requirement for the old symphonies, it just affects some of the results.
